Dr Hyer could tell why I had brought my son from the moment he met us, while still in the waiting room. His care has been thorough and personal, and he had time to answer all my questions. He was also open to alternative methods of treatment simutaneously.

My daughter has had a consutation with Dr Hyer. Immediately I knew he was the right Paediatrician for my daughter. He has a fantastic presence and enigmatic manner. Dr Hyer explained my daughter,s condition to her in simple terms, therefore putting my daughter at total ease - and a few laughs thrown in to which totally relaxed her. My daughter is due for surgery this week and I have not got any concerns what so ever regarding Dr Hyer carrying out her proceedure. Highly recommend!

Dr Hyer has been extremely helpful throughout our daughter's treatment. He has always explained what he is doing and the reasons why and what action he recommends and why. His communication skills are excellent and gets things across in a 'normal' way recognising that what may be run of the mill for him may still need quite a lot of explaining us. First class treatment.

I went to see Dr Hyer with regards to a feeding/tummy problem for my 8 week daughter. Dr Hyer listened to me and took time to see how my daughter behaved . The consultation was thorough and not rushed. He offrered practical advice. He left the door open for me to return at any time wih any other problem.
